We had a great week last week! The students and staff did a great job with two fire drills including one during recess. Thank you to the PTA for organizing the Red Wings Assembly. The students brought home a folder with some information about eating healthy and exercising for 60 minutes a day.

The Rocket Pad (Hoover School Store) will be having their Grand Opening this week. Tuesday 1st grade students will be able to shop after their lunch. Wednesday 2nd grade students will be able to shop after their lunch. Thursday 3rd and 4th graders can shop. Thank you to Mrs. Charochak and Mrs. Hawker for organizing and fascilitating the Rocket Pad this year.
*Get those costumes ready for the Hoot N' Howl, which is Friday from 6:00-8:00. We will have loaded potatoes, games, a DJ and a photo booth.

*Please bring in a donation for the Livonia Good fellows canned food drive to the Hoot n Howl and Hoover Girl Scouts will treat you with a piece of candy. You can also bring in additional donations through November 17th.
*We are still collecting shoes for the Shoe Drive until November 17th.
Did you know that Hoover got new computers for the 2nd Computer Lab? They began installing the furniture last week. We are so excited to see how it looks when it is finished.
