Battle of the Books
Thank you to all the coaches who have spent time with their teams preparing for the Battle. The first place team members each got $10 gift cards to Barnes and Noble. The second place team members each got $5 gift cards to Barnes and Noble. The third place team members got $1 to the Hoover School Store. Each participant got a backpack, a t-shirt, a necklace with a Hoover Rocket dog tag, stickers and a cookie. Thank you to the parents who made donations, the PTA, the teachers, the coaches, the volunteers and especially Mrs. Mayne.
Outdoor Classroom Clean Up

Recess Peace Wheels
Thank you to the PTA for purchasing the Peace Wheel posters so we can have them outside with us at recess time.
Did you know that Mr. O has Equipment Managers and PE Assistants? They met this week to check and replenish the recess carts for Spring.
